On 9th May, China Business Law Journal (CBLJ) announced the winners of the much-anticipated 2024 Corporate Law Awards. Our Legal Department won three honours, including Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions-Excellent Legal Team of the Year, Offshore Capital Markets-Excellent Legal Team, and Environment and Renewable Energy-Excellent Legal Team of the Year, for its outstanding business ability.
